Malindo Air - Most irresponsible airline. First & last!

Booked a flight from Malindo Air from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (SZB) to Johor Bahru, Malaysia (JHB). However, the flight was cancelled by the airline due to Covid-19 & they kept rescheduling my flight many times!

I've requested refund on 18 March 2020 immediately but all I got is many times of flight schedule timing! Like who can fly after 18 March 2020?! I'm already stuck in JB instead of being in KL to even fly back to JB!

Departure date : 24 March 2020 , 8.00am

1st reschedule : 24 Mar 2020 , departing at 9.40am

2nd reschedule : 24 Mar 2020, departing at 8.40am

3rd reschedule : 24 Mar 2020, departing at 8.45pm

They said they offer refund voucher at their website but till today, I did not receive any refund vouchers, nor follow up upon this matter! Extremely irresponsible & poor customer service. I kept receiving automated response via their Facebook page.

Storyline : 
Was buying a portable aircond for my bf as a surprise in shopee. WhatsApp-ed seller. Seller told me to bank RM 150 deposit first & balance upon delivery. I banked. After 1 hour plus, seller told me need bank full before delivery & revoked agreement. He even provided fake testimony! I didn't bank the remaining RM150 as I felt it's a scam halfway through. When I asked for refund. He said no refunds allowed.

Pls be careful of this seller. As when I googled the phone number after I bank, have previous case using different bank account. Seller is guy but claimed the bank account belongs to his female manager ( Indian) but when he gave manager contact, it's a Philippines number.

Hopefully no one else got scammed from this same person. They sell gadgets such as TVs, phones, portable aircond, nintendo switch , PS4 and so on.

Few days later, this person message me again to tell me to take down my post in Facebook for publishing them , saying they will refund my RM150. She insisted me to take down the post before they refund the money (like duh, they sure didn't have intention to refund). 

I hope my encounter & this blog can help more people in preventing to be scammed by this person. So be careful. Cheers!
